Join us for our month-long residential Yoga Teacher Training in beautiful Goa, India. Our program meets international education standards and is registered with Yoga Alliance. Upon completion, graduates will be able to register with Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour leve.
You will learn to teach Synergy’s signature style: A flowing, devotional and classical form of Vinyasa Yoga with an emphasis on Ayurveda, Yoga’s sister science. Space is limited to 16 students. This allows for an intimate and in-depth study opportunity. Early registration is recommended.
Our training will include: The practice and study of yoga asana, philosophy, pranayama,
meditation, anatomy/physiology, hands-on adjustments, prenatal yoga, yoga therapy, yoga ethics and professional development, as well as the art of teaching and sequencing. This program will offer you a solid foundation in classical yoga and will provide the skills necessary to pass on the ancient tradition in a safe and authentic way so that your teaching is accessible to everyone.
Our intention in a residential structure is to offer students an experience of real immersion. Living in a yogic community and practicing daily will allow you to integrate the essence of a yogic lifestyle and the teachings in a very profound way; through your own direct experience and innermost understanding. This is what will lead you to teach authentically - from your own heart and wisdom.
We request that you have two years of dedicated yoga practice and a sincere desire to deepen your knowledge and practice. We welcome practitioners that wish to teach in the future, and we also encourage students who may not want to teach but genuinely want to steep themselves in practice & study.
The training will be held at Satsanga Retreat beautiful center in Goa, India. The retreat is nestled in the countryside, within the small village of Verla Canca, a few kilometers from the beach. The retreat has two lovely yoga shalas, an 18-meter swimming pool, lush gardens and very nice guest rooms, the ideal setting for our training.

Training Costs and Inclusions
The cost of the training is 4,330 CHF* (Swiss francs). The tuition includes:
- Private accommodation with en suite bathroom. We feel it is important during this course that each student has a private room. Our wish for each participant is that they have a quiet space of their own to rest, as well as to digest and process all that they are learning during the training
- Three healthy, ayurvedic and Indian-vegetarian buffet meals daily
- More than 200 hours of yoga instruction
