Teacher Mentorship & Apprenticing Program



Apprenticing is a beautiful and traditional way to deepen and integrate your knowledge of yoga, so that when teaching, you share from your authentic voice and creativity.


Our Teacher Mentorship & Apprenticing Program is specifically designed for teacher training graduates, new yoga teachers and teachers who have stepped away from teaching and would like to use the program as a way to transition back into teaching.


This program is an extension of Synergy Yoga School’s 200-Hour Teacher Training program and counts towards continuing education hours. Our intention is to provide teachers the opportunity to gain practical teaching experience, build confidence and refine skills under the direct guidance of Tami and Jodi.



We look forward to supporting you manifest your vision as a teacher. Synergy Yoga’s Mentorship Program Includes:



This program is 50 hours and counts towards the completion of Synergy Yoga’s 500-hour Teacher Training Program. You do not have to be a graduate of the Synergy Yoga School YTT or enrolled in our 500-hour program to participate. You can begin this program when it is convenient for you, and from your starting point, the program will last 6 months.


The program involves assiting one class per week, alternating between Tami and Jodi's classes. You will meet once per month, for one-hour with either Tami or Jodi, to discuss the key components of the program noted above and answer any questions you have.


The program culminates with you teaching a Community Class, where Tami and Jodi will observe and give you their feedback.


The program requires one text: Teaching Yoga, by Donna Farhi. A written two-page summary of your reflections about this book is also required. This is due mid-way through the program.


The cost of the program is $1,295.
